Can I get Free Delivery?

Yes. We're happy to offer free delivery to main land UK and parts of Scotland- we have three price brackets and weights.

  • Orders over £60 and under 25kg
  • Orders over £100 and under 45kg 
  • Orders over £150 and under 75kg

We offer subsidized delivery on orders over £30 and under 25kg. There are a few exclusions, such as delivery to remote areas (’Highlands & Islands’) and some bulky items or bulky big orders, our Shipping Estimator when you are logged in, will keep you informed with all your delivery options whilst you shop.

Which courier do you use?

We use several different couriers so we can deliver to you as quickly as possible. Our couriers include DHL, Parcel Force, My Hermes and Royalmail. Which one we use will depend on what you have ordered, its size and weight.

How do I track my order?

We will email you the tracking information and our courier will send you a tracking link, and give you a delivery time estimate on the morning of your delivery. You can change the delivery day and add a safe place if you are not going to be home. Items sent by Royalmail, we can forward the tracking number if required, please email us.

I need something urgently - Tomorrow/Saturday. Can you help?

We can arrange a delivery for a Saturday but unfortunately there is a surcharge for this. Please email us to discuss the options
If you are needing something urgently - please contact us first as we do not send out parcels every day. Our hays and grasses are packed to order and this takes time to do.

Can you deliver outside of the UK?

We currently only deliver to the UK.

What do I do if my delivery arrives damaged?

If the box arrives damaged, please sign for it as "damaged"  and take a photo of the box and anything damaged inside the box. We're here to help, so please do this as soon as you can, and email us the photos and what the problem is.


Your Order

Do you have any discount codes?

To receive details of our offers or special promotions, please sign up for our newsletter email. We do not offer discounts via any of the many coupon sites, but sometimes will run an offer on our Facebook page. Please just follow us or like our page for more info.

What do I do if an item is missing or wrong in my delivery?

Firstly check what you actually ordered, you can find this in your Account under - order history. If the items are not as ordered or missing please email us, and we will look into it for you, we are only human and can unfortunately sometimes get it wrong. :(

Can I add to my order?

Of course you can if your order has not been packed. Please email us with what you'd like adding, and we'll do the rest.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No - you are welcome to check out as a guest.

How can I manage my account?

Log into your account (Sign In is top right of your screen). You can manage your addresses, check on past orders. To update your newsletter options and email preferences including opting out please email us and we will update this for you.
