Monday and Thursday are our main sending days Your deliver explained: For parcels over 2kg to Zone 1&2, and over 10kg to other Zones We are using UK Mail. They offer a next day delivery service, with an hour window and the option of changing the delivery day and a safe place request, with very good tracking online.The down side is they work on a VOLIMETRIC weight not an actual weight. To keep delivery costs as low as we can we do offer delivery savings. Please see delivery page |

Delivered Free of charge*. If ordering a lot of products it is Sometimes better to do this as two orders. A £100+ order weighing 20kg will cost £5, but if this is done as two £50 ordes-weighing under 10kg each the delivery is free. |

We use UK Mail, Royalmail, My Hermes and I-post, Send it now and Interparcel. My Hermes offer a leave in a safe place option. Please add this in the comments box. For large hutches and items over 140cm- these come by special courier, this can take 3-10days, we will keep you informed. Uk mail parcels can be tracked here Small orders being sent by My Hermes -can be up-graded to couriers for an additional fee. ( weekdays only) Please select at checkout. Saturday deliveries are available to Zone 1 & 2. A £15 surcharge applies-weight restriction applies.(this is what we get charged extra)
Orders placed over the weekend or on Bank holidays will not be sent the same day-as the couriers only collects working days Monday-Friday. Collections: We have relocated to the Ashford area of Kent, if you are wishing to collected your order please check that this is possible first. |

Collections: Free. By appointment only-At least 2-3 days notice is required. Collections are now from the TN23 and TN26 area. Please do not just turn up. We are an internet shop not a regular pop in/ drop by shop. |

Please note: A fifty pence handling fee is add to every order - this is to try and cover the increased expensive of processing card payments- rather than putting our prices up. Insurance
Your order is automatically fully insured up to £20 for items sent by Royal Mail, £20 by My Hermes, I-post-£25, £50 for items sent by Interparcel or DHL.

Breakages and Damaged Goods: You must examine the packages carefully and inspect items at the place and time of delivery for any damage before signing 'Received in Good Condition' because claims against the courier cannot be made later. Please see our full terms & conditions. Click here
If the parcel is damaged, or has been opened, you must write this on the receipt. If applicable you must retain the goods, for either collection or inspection by the courier. You must notify us of any shortages, faults, defects or of any other complaint immediately and in any case within 5 working days from receipt of goods. If you fail to do so we will deem that the items have been accepted, were as ordered and are in good working. Please notify us immediately by email at dee@deemillen.co.uk or click here or telephone us on 07876522201 , to inform us of the damage on receipt of the item and we will exchange it for you or send you replacement parts, as quickly as possible or offer a refund or credit. Providing all our terms and conditions have been followed. All refunds will be made via a World pay or paypal. If we require the products to be returned to us, we will refund your agreed postage costs, by Worldpay or paypal, or arrange for collection at no cost to you. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Unclaimed Orders
If your order is returned, refused, undelivered or unclaimed due to customer refusal, customer negligence/absence, or due to a customer providing inaccurate address or delivery information we will attempt contact via telephone or email if provided in order to resend your items, an additional charge for postage and packing and an Admin Charge will be made. Items sent by special courier will only have one delivery attempt, it is the customers responsibility to ensure someone is at the delivery address to receive it, on the day and time agreed. The item can be left with a neighbour or in a safe place as specified by the customer, however Dee Millen rabbit accessories will not be responsible if the item is lost or damaged once it has been left/delivered. Futher deliveries will incur charges. We cannot accept responsibility for loss resulting from damage or late delivery by postal or courier services. |
